Description

CTS RevitaCell Supplement (100X) is a cGMP-manufactured, animal origin-free, chemically defined supplement that is used with pluripotent stem cells (PSCs), either as a post-thaw recovery solution to improve cell viability or in combination with CTS Essential 8 Medium to enhance single cell passaging applications. CTS RevitaCell Supplement reduces the burden in qualifying reagents when transitioning from the research bench to the clinic.

Both the RUO and CTS RevitaCell supplements include a ROCK inhibitor that has higher specificity than the traditional inhibitors, coupled with molecules containing antioxidant and free radical scavenger properties that minimize the impact of stress on the cells. With its additional safety testing, including adventitious agents, CTS RevitaCell Supplement enables a smooth transition from RUO RevitaCell Supplement.
