Tracking Funds
Business account administrators can create a budget and automatically track all orders against it using our fund tracking feature. The Fund Tracking Dashboard allows you to search using a fund number or fund name and sort by fund status.
As a fund administrator, you can use your dashboard to do any of the following:
- Add new funds
- View and edit existing funds
- Download spend reports
- Browse detailed fund histories
Once you set up funds and assign users to them, users and approvers in your organization can view the details of these funds and allocate purchases to them.
