  • The SPINeasy PCR Purification and Gel Extraction Kit is a silica -membrane spin column kit that enables quick and convenient DNA clean up from various enzymatic reactions, such as PCR and restriction digestion, as well as isolation and purification of DNA fragments from agarose gels.
  • Up to 23 µg of DNA of molecular weight ranging from 100 bp to 20 kb can be purified through a quick and simple process from most grades of agarose gels with expected recovery of 85%.
  • Purified DNA is immediately ready for routine molecular biology applications.
